@haseebgood Very little… This is a life controlling illness. It’s like a “mini cancer” or something. It’s non lethal, but it sticks around for years. Decades maybe. Very sad…

@Scooby71Doo I think IBS pateints could eat every thing but in such small proportions which do not elevate symptoms
