I cut out all dairy products and feel 1000 times better. As for sugar, I never consumed it anyhow. I do wonder though, if cutting out dairy will screw me over vitamin D wise leading to other problems.

@DKMontoya4670 Make sure to consume sources of soluble fiber from vegetables, not insoluble sources from grains and oats etc.

Imagine tiny wood chips sliding along your GI membranes. Your intestines and bowel actually secretes a form of mucous to protect itself from the irritating effects of insoluble fiber.

Stick to moderate amounts of fibrous veggies along with the other things like less gluten/wheat/refined sugar etc. Worked perfectly for my wife who had IBS for years,

Turmeric cures ulcers, IBS, bloating, cramps, heartburn, etc. Make yourself a turmeric tea twice a day. To prepare turmeric tea, just pour boiling water to a cup, add turmeric powder, grated ginger and add a little sugar to taste. The amount of each ingredient depends on individual preference.
Its most effective when you take it on an empty stomach. Be sure to use pure turmeric

I experience many of the described symtoms, including very painful episodes in my intestines which I am treating with promethazine. My GI doctor tells me its part of being diabetic, the feeling of having overeaten, flatulence and diorhea. Is it? Should I have a test for zinc deficiency?

How do you know if you have IBS? I’m 18 but i have had a problem with my stomach bloating for many years. After eating one meal, my stomach bloats a lot to the point where it looks like I’m pregnant and i have to exercise a lot just to get my stomach less inflated.
So is that IBS? something else? How do I fix it?

3/4 of the way through reading your utramind solutions book..fabulous reading . Now all my problems seem to make sense. I have had migraines since 10 years old(now 43) finally found cutting out “MSG” from my diet helped but still not perfect. How quickly shud I remove alagams?

Knowing that ‘MSG’ sets off migraines could you please just point me in the right direction for help. I plan on finishing your book and have already started making more changes in my diet.

    Thanks
